Over the last year we have been developing a process of coating foam with polyurethane. We are working with various foam companies to develop methods for coating all types of foam.
Using polyurethane and polyurea spray we are able to give foam substrates increased durability and impact resistance.
Typically foam products are quite fragile when not covered and fall apart very easily. Polyurethane coatings will provide an increased resistance to those stresses caused by bending and deformation.
In the past foam products have typically been covered by stitched pvc covers. These are time consuming to produce and limited to simple shapes. Polyurethane coatings can be sprayed onto any shape and retain intricate detail.
