Polyurea is an another form of protective coating that we can spray here at Limaenvec. The advantage over polyurethane is that the material is far easier to work with. Its less sensitive to weather and moisture conditions whilst applying and touch dry in less than 10 seconds. Ideal for coating onsite.
Polyurea coatings are used to seal and waterproof, provide chemical and fuel resistance, corrosion protection and decoration.
Compared to polyurethane, polyurea is not quite as resistant to abrasion and due to the quick dry time the surface finish will not be as smooth.
