Polyurethane and Rubber product projects
Rosler reline of 600 litre bowl
A Rosler 600 litre bowl required a reline. Original lining was a spray applied lining but the new spec was a cast poly lining. A new steel mould tool was produced which reproduces the internal half radius and half cone section.
Reline took 10 days inclucing the manufacture of the mould tool.
Walther Trowel CD400 relining service
LimaEnvec reline a CD400 vibratory finishing machine. The original cast polyurethane lining incorporates features such as dam flaps, and moulded ledges for of loading parts. These features can only be replicated with a moulded lining. Spray linings and rudder linings cannot replicate the necessary features.
Walther Trowel CV505 reline
Limaenvec have manufactured tooling suiatable for the relining of a Walther Trowel CV505 metal finishing machine.
The tooling produces the typical wedge shaped profile required to generate mass polising in the hump area. Traditionaly a rubber or spray applied lining was the only alternative to a factory reline.
In order to offer a competitve alternative a mould was required, and with a typical 5 day turnaround Lima Envec offer a cost effective alternative.
Spray Polyurethane for Shields and Nozzles
Polyurethane spray for wear resistant applications. Nozzles and shields are coated to provide extended life and to protect the parent metal. Polyurethane provides a low cost extremely durable coating and is primarily used to protect against abrasion.
These pictures illustrate the many different shapes that we can line and one of the benefit’s of our spray system is the elimination of tooling.
